Mary Alice Dolan's Obituary
Mrs. Mary Alice Dolan, age 92, passed away Sunday afternoon, March 16, 2008 in Muskegon. She was born May 9, 1915 to Thomas L. and Caroline M. (Faschnacht) O’Connell in Peru, IN, and also lived 70 years in the Chicago metropolitan area and 7 years in Kentucky before moving to the Muskegon area in 2002. She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, and in Radcliff, KY she belonged to the St. Christopher’s Ladies Society. Mary Alice was an excellent singer and dancer, and sang in the church choirs for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy J. Dolan in January of 1993. SURVIVORS include 2 children, Rev. Patrick Dolan, pastor of St. Bernard and Sacred Heart Churches in Kentucky, and State Chaplain for the Kentucky National Guard, Mrs. Jane TerBush of Muskegon; 2 grandchildren,Tech Sgt. Michael Kevin TerBush, Shannon Maureen TerBush, both of Muskegon; brothers and sisters, RoseAnn Long of Peru, IN, Maureen (Ned) Sweet of Oakton, VA, Daniel (Diane) O’Connell of Monticello, KY; many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, and 3 sisters. THE MASS OFCHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated at 8:30 AM Wednesday at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Marian Chapel with the Rev. Fr. Patrick Dolan presiding. Entombment will take place at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Hillside, IL. VISITATION at
