Mrs. Mattie A. Silvis, age 87, passed away Wednesday evening, March 31, 2010, at a local nursing home. Mattie was born October 2, 1922 in Muskegon to John H. and Selma L. (Krupp) Beatty. She had been employed as a clerk at Sealed Read Obituary
I wanted to let Mattie's family know that I had & will miss working with her at the Hackley & Hume Houses. We enjoyed working together as tour guides as well as on the guide board for many years. I always enjoyed receiving Christmas cards from her. I hope that you let Dawn at the houses know when the service is.
