Maurlene Rose Archer's Obituary
Maurlene Rose Archer, age 82, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Trinity Health – Muskegon Campus. She was born March 11, 1940 in Muskegon and was a lifelong resident of the area. On April 7, 1973, she married Marvin H. Archer in Muskegon, and he preceded her in death on September 17, 2009. Maurlene worked 35 years as a secretary for Sealed Power Corporation and retired in 1992. Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Hood; 3 grandchildren, Benjamin, Gary and Ashley Hood; and her sister, Linda Anderson. She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael Archer. A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Lakeside Cemetery in Muskegon with Rev. Jamey Newsted officiating.
