We have fond memories of my dad, Don Burrous' Aunt Maxine and Uncle Red. They always opened their home to us whether it be @ Christmas at their home in N. Muskegon or their cottage @ Blue Lake. One particular event that stands out in our minds was the time when Uncle Red was getting after us kids for messing around w/ the boat @ the dock and we defended ourselves with the oar ... as if he would have ever done anything to hurt us kids! We've laughed about that for years. Aunt Maxine was always so kind and thoughtful - such a gentle spirit, always putting others ahead of herself. We love you Aunt Maxine and will always remember you - Rest in Peace!
