I had the pleasure of working with Frances (May) in the prison health services. She was always prepared and organized for the work of the day along with being respectful to her co-workers and the residents. I teased when she retired that it would take two people to do the work that she did so seemingly effortlessly. It was always fun and rewarding to work with her. I have fond memories of working along side of her and remember her always lighting up when talking about her family.
