Melissa S. Smith, age 22, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, August 14, 2004 in Muskegon. She was born on February 3, 1982 to Clyde & Lesa (Meinders) Smith, and had resided in the area all of her life. Melissa will be sadly missed by her son, Cameron Michael; parents, Clyde and Lesa; brother, Clyde Andrew Smith IV; sister, Delilah Ann Smith; grandparents, LeRoy Meinders, and Harold & Marilyn Bond. Melissa was preceded in death by her grandmother, Merel Meinders; and grandfather, Clyde Andrew Smith, Jr. SERVICES will be 2 PM Wednesday at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave.231-726-5210 with Rev. John H. Brown officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service, from 1-2 PM. Burial will take place in Twin Lake Cemetery.
