Michael Lee "Mike" Galbreath's Obituary
Michael Lee “Mike” Galbreath, age 67, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at Corewell Health – Butterworth Campus. He was born August 2, 1957 in Muskegon, MI to Billie Gene and Alice May (Atkinson) Galbreath and lived in the area his entire life. Mike was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. On September 26, 1981, he married Leisa Kay Cole in Muskegon. Prior to his retirement in 2015, Mike worked 20 years as a Quality Control Inspector for GE Aerospace/Johnson Technologies. Mike enjoyed hunting and fishing with his daughter, Amy. He was very resourceful in scrapping metal. Survivors include his loving wife, Leisa K. Galbreath; 3 daughters, Erin Galbreath, Jackie (Michael Lodes) Melin, Amy Galbreath; 3 grandchildren, AJ Gauthier, Tyler Olson, Mason Melin; 1 sister, Pam (Ron) Duff; and 2 nieces, Lori (Todd) Rasmussen, and Andrea (John) Giffel. In keeping with Michael’s wishes, there will be no public services held at this time.
