Michael A. Pacyga's Obituary
Michael Allen Pacyga, age 65, passed away Wednesday morning June 19, 2019. He was born June 26, 1953 in Muskegon to Frank and Audrey (Bour) Pacyga. Mike worked for Cole’s Quality Foods for 39 years prior to retiring in 2009. He was a former member of the Muskegon Heights Eagles, enjoyed fishing, hunting, and betting on the horses. SURVIVORS include his son, Shawn M. Pacyga of Muskegon; grandson, Ryley Pacyga of Muskegon; three brothers: Larry (Betty) Pacyga of Whitehall, Dan (Linda) Pacyga of Muskegon, Tom Pacyga of Muskegon Heights; two sisters: Rosemary Tripp of Muskegon, and Lori Detamore of Muskegon; and his beloved pet bird, Mango. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister-in-law, Brenda Pacyga. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 21, 2019 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444 (231) 798-1100. VISITATION will be from 5-7 PM Thursday and one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
