Michael T. Petersen's Obituary
Mr. Michael T. Petersen, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. He was born on July 17, 1952 to Thomas and Catherine (Healy) Petersen in Elgin, IL. On November 10, 1990, Mike married Anna Petersen and she survives him. Mike was an avid HAM Radio Operator, call sign WD8 PCZ. He had a strong love for the Lord, his wife, and his family. Mike is also survived by his children, Chad Petersen and Chelsa (Matt) Brandson; stepchildren, Scott (Sonia) Gilbert and Connie (Kieth) Barbour; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Jeannie, Linda, Donald, and Sue. He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings. A Family and Close Friends Burial will take place on Thursday, June 17 at 10 AM at Norton Cemetery.
