Michael J. Schurino's Obituary
Mr. Michael J. Schurino, age 74, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 at his home in Norton Shores. He was born on August 15, 1943 to Joseph and Margaret (Galy) Schurino and was a lifelong resident of the Muskegon area. Michael married Rita A. Micko on April 29, 1967 in Muskegon. Michael had worked at Campbell, Wyant and Cannon for over 20 years prior to retiring. He was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Michael was an avid railroad buff and enjoyed photography and traveling. SURVIVORS include his loving wife, Rita, of 51 years and his brother, Thomas (Jane) Schurino. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, JoAnn Ensign. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 5PM on Friday, March 16, 2018 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231)798-1100. VISITATION will be held from 4:30-5PM on Friday, prior to the service. A ROSARY will be prayed at 4PM. Burial will be in Mona View Cemetery.
