Michael Joseph Soto's Obituary
Michael Joseph Soto, age 35, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025. He was born April 14, 1990 in Traverse City, MI to Michael and Leigh Ann (Burruezo) Soto. He lived in Phoenix, AZ and he worked as a Senior Designer for Tor Engineering. Michael enjoyed playing hockey, golf and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his father, Mike L. Soto; his mother and step-father, Leigh Ann (Rudy) Holmes; and 3 brothers, Andrew Soto, Nicholas Soto and Ryan Holmes. He is also survived by his grandparents, Virginia McWatters, Luis F. Burruezo, and Jerry and Kay Kalena. A Celebration of Life Open House will be held 12-3PM Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Knights of Columbus Council #706, 2915 Fairfield St, Norton Shores, MI 49441. Memorial Contributions may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
