Michael A. Wolffis' Obituary
Mr. Michael A. Wolffis, age 46, passed away Tuesday evening, May 1, 2007, at his home. He was born February 6, 1961 to Gordon and Marlene (Ulmer) Wolffis in Muskegon and had been a life resident. He was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church,and had worked for Herman Miller for 27 years as a supervisor. On May 15, 1982, he married Barbara Blood in Muskegon. SURVIVORS include his wife, Barb; 2 children, Michael Jr. (Melissa Venne) Wolffis of Muskegon; Sarah (Derrick Stewart) Wolffis of Muskegon; his parents, Gordon and Marlene Wolffis of Muskegon; 1 brother, Randy (Kris) Wolffis of Muskegon; 1 sister, Laurie (Dave) Danklefsen of Ravenna, and by his grandmother, Margaret Wolffis. Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alvin and Verlyn Ulmer and Louis Wolffis. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 4, 2007, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pastor Robert Conradt officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday at The Sytsema Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210 and 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
