Michael Allen Alvesteffer's Obituary
Michael Allen “Elvis” Alvesteffer, age 44, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at his home. Mike was born April 11, 1965 to Allen and Shirley (Roth) Alvesteffer in Muskegon. He was currently employed at MI Bar and prior to that, he had worked as a truck driver at Hardware Distributers Inc. for 6 years. Earlier in his career, he spent many years as the assistant manager at Wayne’s Deli. Mike enjoyed golfing, playing cards and hanging out with friends. He was a member of the Lakeside Eagles, the Lakeside Veterans Club and the Muskegon Recreation Club. Mike is SURVIVED by his father, Allen Alvesteffer; brother, Bill Alvesteffer and sister, Connie (Dale) Hutson all of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 1:00 PM Monday, July 6, 2009 at the Lakeside Eagles, 2355 W. Sherman Blvd. Memorial contributions may be made to Mike’s family.
