Michael W. Barton's Obituary
Michael W. Barton, age 31, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2007 after having battled seizures and brain cancer since the age of 13. Michael was born June 4, 1976 to Wayne and Renee (Ross) Barton in Muskegon. He was an avid sports fan and loved the Detroit Tigers. Michael is SURVIVED by his parents; 2 sisters, Margie Barton and Lisa (Martin) Panozzo; 2 brothers, Kenneth and Richard Barton; and 8 nieces and nephews, Rachel Barton, Donald Winchel, Erica Ferrier, Wayne Barton, Katie Winchel, Kelly Winchel, Jennifer Barton and Michael Winkler. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 1, 2007 at The Sytsema Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc.737 Apple Avenue(231) 726-5210 with Rev. David Selleck officiating. Burial will be in E. Dalton Oakhill Cemetery. Visitation will be this evening from 6-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Michael’s family.
