Mike R. Marshall's Obituary
Mike R. Marshall, age 71, passed away on October 22, 2024, in Muskegon, Michigan. Born on April 29, 1953, Mike was known for his vibrant spirit and passion for the rodeo. A champion saddle bronc rider, he proudly claimed the title in 1976, showcasing his skills and love for the sport. Mike was a very loving individual, cherished by his family and friends. He is survived by his daughters, Joleen Ansley and Sara Marshall; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings Pat, Judy, Georgia, Lori, Jim, Tom, and Dan; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Seth and Ruth Marshall; his brother, Ed Marshall; and his grandson, Tylor Kenny. Beyond the rodeo arena, Mike's greatest joy was spending time with his family, whom he loved deeply. His legacy of warmth and kindness will be remembered by all who knew him. A celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later time. Those who wish to honor Mike's memory are invited to cherish his life and legacy in their own meaningful ways.
