Rosemary, Carole and family, our sympathy to you on the loss of your wonderful mother. She made Grand Haven a special place with her baking and her love for others. We go back many years with our friendship when my parents, Martin and Ann Hornak, were alive, they will welcome her int the heavenly kingdom of God.

Sweet Millie, I had the pleasure of doing her hair for many years, we had lots of talks, I'll never forget all the goodies you brought in, but will miss them and you, for you were much more than a customer, but a friend, and now have become friends your woderful daughter Carol, Love,

It had to be about 10 years ago, jRosemary. Lynn and I and Millie were sailing in Sarasota one fine day. But it was windy as all get out; and as you guys know, I don’t do rough hard seas. The boat was heeling to the port side. To me it looked like we were going to keel over and get dunked. But there was your mom, Rosemary, all the way back in the stern port side, taking it all in. She could have leaned over and touched the water with her hand. Millie was the perfect picture of composure and grit. What a lady!

My all time favorite memory is taking your mom, Millie, and my mom, Millie, out to breakfast at Millie’s Pancake House. Such beautiful gifted women we call mom. We are blessed!

Much love and prayers to you and your family. You are so lucky to have had the opportunity to have this woman in your life for so many years.
Love, Jack, Jan and Jordan
We met Millie late in life, but she treated us like we had known each other our whole lives. She was always so cheerful it was uplifting to just be around her. She will be missed but not forgotten. Peace and Love Ann and Jeff Olson
