Mike,
So sorry to hear about your mother, I know how close you two were and I will always remember how proud and supportive she was when it came to her "baby". Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I worked with Millie at the Idle Hour. She taught me alot of tricks when it came to cooking. Millie was my very first baby sitter. Millie was awesome as a sitter. She even showed be things with kids I didn't know. She touched my heart & will never be forgotten. Kathy##imported-begin##Kathy Phelps##imported-end##
Dear Mike, Our family is feeling this loss along with you as we enjoyed our visits with your mother and was glad to be able to reconnect with her after being gone for from the area for 30 years. We have many fond memories of her, Chad helping her make her famous relish this past summer and the wonderful candy that she makes at Christmas. Our only regret is that she never had the chance to hold the newest member of the family. We loved her as one of our family and would always stop when in Spring Lake and taking her to appointments. We will be there on Monday for you. With all our love.

I remember Millie well from my HS days. She was a sweet and wonderful woman who always seemed to have a quick joke ready. I would like to send my most heart-felt condolences to Mike and the rest of the Struve family.##imported-begin##Brad Hettinga##imported-end##
