Monica Ann Killian's Obituary
Monica Killian (née Eilers), age 81, of West Olive, Michigan, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025, at home, surrounded by family.
Born on January 15 in Muskegon Heights, Michigan, to Eugene and Loretta Eilers (née Pawlak), Monica spent much of her life devoted to caring for others. She worked for many years as a hairdresser at Lady Bug in Spring Lake, a career she enjoyed among people she grew close to. Outside of her work, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, gardening, crafting things for her great grandkids, and was fondly known for her sweet tooth. She also cherished time spent camping at White River Campground with her family.
Monica is survived in death by her son: Ron (Michelle) Killian; grandchildren: Kaylee Killian, Christian Killian, Brittany Killian; great grandchildren: Audrey, Axle, Hudson; niece and nephew: Pat Killian and Lori Forman. She is preceded in death by her parents: Gene and Loretta (Pawlak) Eilers; spouse: Thomas Killian; sister: Bonita Eilers; brother: Andy Eilers.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
