Monika L. Longmire's Obituary
Monika L. Longmire, age 45, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 11, 2022 at Trinity Health – Muskegon Campus. She was born January 19, 1977 in Muskegon to C.D. and Sandra (Davis) Longmire and was a lifelong resident of the area. She graduated from Muskegon High School and worked for a time as a machinist in auto parts manufacturing. She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Norton Shores. Monika was a fun-loving person and was very generous and giving to those who were in need. Survivors include her companion, Angelo McQuarter; 4 children, DeMario Longmire, Amaria Longmire, Tayonna McQuarter, DeAngelo McQuarter; 1 grandson, Legend McQuarter; her parents, C.D and Sandra Longmire; Angelo’s mother, Shirley McQuarter; 3 brothers, Rev. Darrin Longmire I, Dujuan Longmire, Avontae Jordan; 1 sister, Anissa Jones; and special friend, Tammie Wilson. A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, November 19, 2022 at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.
