Mr. Alvie L. Antcliff, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Alvie L. Antcliff, Sr., age 79, passed away Wednesday evening, April 25, 2007. He was born in Belding, MI on March 27, 1928 to Myrt and Isabelle (Clouse) Antcliff. Al moved to Wolf Lake as a young adult and there he owned and operated Al’s Garbage Service before retiring and selling the business in 1984. He enjoyed working on cars, antique car shows and traveling. On September 29, 1990, Al married the former Mable J. Scarbrough and together they experienced 16 years of marriage. He is survived by his wife, Mable, 4 children, Steve (Ann) Antcliff, Jim (DeDee) Antcliff, Marilyn (Jim) Pigors, and Alvie (Janice) Antcliff, Jr.; 4 step-children, Ricky (Karen) Scarbrough, Ron (Betty) Scarbrough, Debbie (Chuck) Gaunt, and Mark (Jackie) Scarbrough; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 1 sister, Ruth Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Carol; and 2 brothers. SERVICES will be 1PM Monday at
