Mr. Cloyd K. Howard's Obituary
Mr. Cloyd Kenton Howard, age 79, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2009 in Muskegon. He was born in Alanson, MI on June 22, 1929 to Clyo and Ella (Freed) Howard and had lived in Muskegon since 1948. Mr. Howard was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Korean War. He retired as traffic manager in 1988 from Sealed Power after 25 years of employment. Mr. Howard was a life member of VFW #8846 Don Rea Post. On August 11, 1951, Cloyd married the former Carole Joan Seeger in Muskegon and she survives him along with 4 children, Greg C. (Betty) Howard of Holland, MI, Gary B. (Paula) Howard of Hancock, MI, Jeannie C. (Garrit) McClain of Fruitport, MI and Patti M. (Rick) Fialek of Fruitport, MI; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Ellis Howard and 1 sister, Iris Walker, both of Petosky, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother, Horton Howard and 1 sister, Floy Ann Dykema. SERVICES will be 4PM Saturday, March 14, 2009 at
