Mr. Daniel Scott Rosema's Obituary
Mr. Daniel Scott Rosema, age 56, passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 6, 2009. He was born in Muskegon on August 22, 1953 to Henry and Frances (Yonkman) Rosema and was a life resident of the area. Dan and his son Brock owned and operated Brock Rosema Excavating. He also had owned several area businesses including Twin Lake Auto Parts, Bro City Cycles, Dan Rosema Construction, Rosema Enterprises and he was the Cedar Creek Township Building Inspector. He loved his family and his two dogs, Frances and Annie. Dan enjoyed working with his sons, of whom he was very proud, and relaxing on Beaver Island. He is survived by his wife, Renee Ann ( Slater) Rosema; 2 sons, Brody Rosema of Holton and Brock (Alicia) Rosema of Twin Lake; 4 brothers, Rod (Sue) Rosema of Grand Rapids, Tim (Gayle) Rosema of Muskegon, Randy (Cathy) Rosema of Walhalla, Ted (Kim) Rosema of Whitehall, and 1 sister, Doreen (Jim) Ringelberg, of Whitehall. SERVICES will be 11AM Thursday at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210 with Rev. Fr. Donn Tufts presiding. VISITATION will be from 5-9PM Wednesday.
