Mr. Edward F. Tomorsky, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Edward F. Tomorsky, Sr., loving husband and father, age 72, passed away Monday, September 11, 2006 in Muskegon. He was born in Muskegon on May 15, 1934 to Louis and Sophie (Kopi) Tomorsky and was a life resident of the area. Edward was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church where he sang in the choir. Edward had been employed by Sealed Power for 34 years before retiring in 1996. He was a long time member of Tatra Hall, enjoyed golfing, gardening, painting, drawing and “putsing”. Edward was a lifelong supporter of the Democratic Party and the UAW. On May 21, 1966, he married the former Patricia M. O’Dell, and she survives him along with 3 children, Edward Tomorsky, Jr. of Muskegon, Michael Tomorsky of LasVegas, NV and Dionne (Chris Ernvall) Dibble of Muskegon; 4 grandchildren, Madeline Dibble, Vladimir Tomorsky, Lillian Tomorsky, James Ernvall; 1 sister, Ethel M. TenBrink of Muskegon; his mother-in-law, Joan M. Dion of Muskegon and numerous loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 9 brothers and sisters. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be 10AM Saturday at St. Frances deSales Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Thomas Simmons presiding. VISITATION will be 2-4 and 6-8PM Friday at
