Mr. Harry M. Frank's Obituary
Mr. Harry M. Frank, age 80, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2006 at his home in Muskegon. He was born in Muskegon on April 25, 1926 to Harry J. and Delina (Morin) Frank and was a life resident of the area. Mr. Frank was an owner and salesman for Lakeside Electric and VanderVere Electric. After retiring, he went to work for Langlois Stores and volunteered at Mercy Hospital for the past 14 years. Mr. Frank was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving aboard the USS LCI 684 and 979 during WWII. He was a communicant member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church and was a devoted student of the Bible at St. Francis deSales and other local churches. On November 23, 1946, he married the former Caroline Wier, and she preceded him in death on March 3, 1992. He was also preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Raymond Greenwood and Richard Ruggeri. He is survived by 6 children, Harry B. (Brenda) Frank of Traverse City, MI, Jeanne M. Wilkinson of Lansing, MI, Matthew P. (Michelle) Frank of Mascoudah, IL, Mark J. (Dawn) Frank of Cedar Springs, MI, Victoria A. (John) Nousain of North Muskegon, Jeffrey J. (Tamara) Frank of Muskegon; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild on the way. A MASS OF REMEMBRANCE will be 11AM Tuesday at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Julian Reginato officiating. MEMORIALS in Mr. Frank’s name may be made to the American Heart Association. INTERMENT will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
