Mr. Jack Robinson's Obituary
Mr. Jack Robinson, age 69, passed away Tuesday morning, September 22, 2009. He was born in Twin Lake, MI on August 6, 1940 to Roscoe and Myrtle (Reynolds) Robinson and had lived in the area most of his life. Jack had been employed by Teledyne Continental Motors for 38 years before his retirement in 2000 and had previously been employed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, was a Boy Scout Assistant Scout Master and was a Little League Manager. Jack was a devoted husband and father, loving grandfather and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the hunting season spent with his family and friends. On July 26, 1975, Jack married the former Patricia Ruth Bruhn and she survives him along with 6 children, Vernon (Diane) Robinson, Judy (Marc) Houseman, Janet (Bryan) Harrell, Pamela (Jim) Sessa, Jeffrey Robinson and Barbara Rance; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Edward “Ed” (Marie) Anderson; 5 sisters, Adelaine Riojas, Beatrice Nienhous, Dixie Gruber, Gertrude (Wes) Mazurek, and Barbara (Bill) Tuinoff; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11AM Saturday at First Evangelical Lutheran Church (1206 Whitehall Rd.) with Rev. William Uetricht officiating. VISITATION will be 5-8PM Friday at
