Dear Shirlee and family,
When you called and shared Wednesday's events, I lived every moment of that experience with you. It is so very hard to say "Good-bye" even when knowing they are ready to go. You are in my thoughts and prayers many times a day as I think about my husband, Dan, and his golf buddy, Jack. That the Lord called them home with the same disease has brought us together and I am sure has brought Dan and Jack together once again. I wonder if they have found a Celestial Golf Course. Oh, the things we will learn upon passing into that next wonderful realm we lovingly call HEAVEN!
God bless you and yours my dear friend. I would have been at the memorial service had I known when it was. We widows need to keep one another going. I send my love and most heartfelt condolences.
