Mr. Justin Daniel Jackowski's Obituary
Mr. Justin Daniel Jackowski, age 22, died unexpectedly at his home in Broomfield, CO on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. He was born in Muskegon, MI on February 24, 1989 to Rick and Denise (Soful) Jackowski. He attended Mona Shores High School, graduating in 2007, and then moved to Colorado. Justin had played hockey for the Mona Shores Hockey Club, enjoyed fishing and snowboarding. Most importantly, Justin loved spending time with his friends and family. He is survived by his parents, Rick and Denise Jackowski; sister, Shan (Tracy) Bonjernoor; brother, Nate Jackowski; 2 nephews, Rylee and Tanner; grandmother, Mickey Soful and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 with Rev. Fr. Michael Olson officiating. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS may be made to the Mona Shores Hockey Club.
