Mrs. Beryl A. Gillette's Obituary
Mrs. Beryl A. Gillette, age 83, passed away Saturday afternoon, March 31, 2007 in Muskegon. She was born December 1, 1923 to Daniel and Lillian (Fresbey) Horringa in Muskegon, and was a life resident. She had worked at Naph-Sol refinery and Continental Motors prior to being a clerk for several years at Grossman’s. Mrs. Gillette was also a member of Laketon Bethel Reformed Church for over 40 years. She was most proud of raising her children, and being able to spend time with her grandchildren. On February 14, 1942 she married her husband of 65 years, Horace Gillette. SURVIVORS include her husband Horace; 1 daughter, Judy (Richard) Lareva of Henderson, NV; 1 daughter-in-law, Joyce Gillette of Norton Shores; 6 grandchildren, Jody, Jason, Jocee, Harrison, Michael, and Jodi; 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Harold Gillette in 1994; and 1 brother, Edward Horringa. SERVICES will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Laketon Bethel Reformed Church, with Rev. Dr. Sherwin Brantsen officiating. Burial will take place in Mona View Cemetery. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church. You may sign the On-line Guest Book at www.sytsemafh.com.
