Mrs. Ellen Rose Isley, age 76, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2006 in Muskegon. She was born in Muskegon on November 12, 1929 to Alfred and Eva (Bush) Dean, and was a life resident of the area. She was employed by Rykes Bakery before retiring in 2001. Mrs. Isley was an active member of Bible Baptist Temple Church. She is survived by 2 children, William D. Lawson and Shirley Rabidoux, both of Muskegon; 1 daughter-in-law, Myrna Gale; 7 grandchildren, Jim J. Lawson, Myrna L. Lawson, Randy (Chantele) Lawson, Gary L. (Paulette) Lawson, Paula D. Lawson, Josh J. Lawson, Shea A. (Tiffany) Rabidoux; 4 great-grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Kyla, and Kennadi Lawson; 2 half brothers; 4 half sisters; 1 sister-in-law, Peggy Poland; her Bible Baptist Temple Family and her dog, Buddy. She was preceded in death by 2 husbands, Palmer A. Lawson in September, 1981 and William H. Isley in December, 1993; 1 son, James L. Lawson in October, 2005 and her parents. A SERVICE was held today, Monday, June 12, 2006 at 12PM at Bible Baptist Temple Church with Rev. Jerry DePoy officiating.
