Mrs. Grace E. Johnson's Obituary
Mrs. Grace E. Johnson, age 85, passed away Friday evening, March 31, 2006 in Muskegon. She was born in Battle Creek on January 24, 1921 to Roy W. and Vera E. (Rittenburg) Ritchey and was a resident of Muskegon most of her life. Mrs. Johnson had been employed by Sealed Power for 27 years before retiring. She was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church and was active in the Church Senior Groups. She married Clarence F. Johnson on July 28, 1956 in Muskegon, and he preceded her in death on April 11, 1995. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou (Robert) Anderson; step-daughter, LuAnn VanderStelt; 6 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; and 3 sisters, Edith (Calvin) Mahan, Evelyn Seabolt, Marilyn Monje and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by 1 sister, Helen Walker. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11AM Saturday, April 22, 2006 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church with Rev. Karen Biggerstaff and Rev.
