Mrs. Lucille Kathryn (Bohland) Ross' Obituary
Mrs. Lucille Kathryn (Bohland) Ross, age 90, passed away Wednesday evening, January 25, 2012 at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence. She was born September 15, 1921 in Muskegon Heights to Phillip and Lulu (Stone) Bohland. She graduated from Muskegon High School In 1940.  On April 19, 1941 Lucille married Adolph William Ross and he preceded her in death on September 27, 2000. She was a charter member at Lake Harbor United Methodist Church.  Lucille enjoyed the coffee and crafts program at the church.  She also enjoyed camping, sewing, knitting, embroidering, crocheting and creating beautiful quilts and blankets. Most of all, Lucille loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her children, William (Judy) Ross and Kathryn (Hans) Agard, all of North Muskegon; grandchildren, Brent (Kim) Ross, Janis (Tim) Mitchelson, Bryan (Casey) Ross, Corey (Jennifer) Agard and Kelly (Michael) Greeby; great  grandchildren, Blake and Lauren Ross (Brent), Abbey, Kaleb and Henry Mitchelson (Janis), Brayden and Cooper Ross (Bryan), Avery Agard (Corey), Piper and Gavin Greeby (Kelly); brother, Alan (Cheryl) Bohland of Norton Shores; sister, Beverly Singleton of South Carolina; many nieces and nephews; good friends, Chris and Carol Donahue and her faithful four legged dog, Nickie. In addition to her husband, Adolph, Lucille was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Elwin, Willard, and Dale Bohland; a sister, Phyllis Schmidt; as well as her parents. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11 AM Monday, January 30, 2012 at Lake Harbor United Methodist Church (4861 S. Henry St.) with Rev. Mark Erbes officiating. VISITATION will be Sunday afternoon from 2-5 PM at
