Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Leach's Obituary
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Leach, age 81, passed away Friday morning, November 7, 2008 at her home in Muskegon. She was born in Lawrenceville, IL on April 4, 1927 to Harvey and Myrtle (Skinner) McIntire and had lived in Muskegon since she was a child. Mrs. Leach had been employed by Hackley Hospital as a nurse’s assistant. On March 8, 1957, she married Thurell Raby “Ted” Leach and he preceded her in death on December 5, 1998. She is survived by 1 daughter, Cheryle (Richard) Page of Muskegon; 1 son, Larry Hough of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, Angela (Roy) Michael, Timothy and Jeffrey Hartzell, Nicholas (Malinda) Page, Alissa (Norm) Kaminski and 1 brother, LeRoy McIntire of Twin Lake. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by 2 sons, Donald O. Hough, Jr. and Timothy Hartzell; 1 brother, Melvin McIntire and 2 sisters, Edna Draper and Julia Franklin.
