My sympathy to the Priebe family. I grew up on W. Laketon and Stan was our letter carrier forever. I was one of many children and he still would remember me when he saw me in the community. He was a very caring person. He served his community well.##imported-begin##Jeanette (Zechlinski) Thompson##imported-end##
Stan "The Man', as he was known. I enjoyed carrying his route when Stan had a day off. His book work was complete, and his customers loved him; as did I.
Thanks, 'Stan'.##imported-begin##Durwood H. Rose##imported-end##
Dear Stella & Sally,
I was saddened today when I saw that Stan had passed away. I hold in my heart many great talks and memories of him and his kind and compassionate ways. He will be greatly missed. He and Stella have been very good to me. Please tell Stella I am thinking of her and hope to someday see her again in the office.
Sincerely,
Cindy Judson

My sincere sympathy to Uncle Stan's family.##imported-begin##Dawn Scott##imported-end##
My deepest sympathy to all of the family and friends of Sarge. I worked next to Stan for five years while on route 29 and Stan on 23.As we sorted our mail, we had many conversations. I have always apprecited his advice in 1970 to go into supervision . Because of that advice I ended up as Manager of Customer Services. I saw Stan quite often after I retired walking near his home or at Wesco on Apple. What a great person, never to be forgotten.##imported-begin##Ron Derr##imported-end##
Mr.& Mrs. Priebe were alway's a lovely couple...every Sunday at mass they wore matching out-fits. May the special memories of Mr. Priebe help all of you at this sad time.
Sincerely,
