Our concolences are with you and your family at this time. O.B. was such a blessing to have as a neighbor at the cottage in White Cloud. The stories shared on his deck brought laughter and smiles to many. Our thoughts and prayers are with as you continue to journey through this loss and trust that you are filled with wonderful memories during this time.
Dear Family of OB, as we called him, it was hard to hear that OB had passed. His time at the lake was a pleasure to us. We could always talk and joke and hear his stories of a very good life.
Wish you peace and condolences to you all from one of his many friends from Chicago and Cicero.
I was able to spend some time with OB when Sarge would go for his visits. We talked about many things, watched TV about the war but mostly about Sargie.. He even got me to bring candy for the staff! I still get a kick out of the time he walked us to the front door Sarge had to visit with everyone. My thoughts and prayers have been with you and OB.
Sorry for your lost. Thinking of you.
OB was such a fine man. Everyone at Hesperia Presbyterian Church liked OB and missed him when he could no longer join us on Sunday mornings. I understood OB served in Korea as my husband did back in the 1950's. I wonder if he disliked Korea as much as my hubby did! I know you will miss OB very much. May God comfort you during this sad time. Sincerely, Carolyn
