Nancy Sibley, age, 78 was born on 10/5/1946 in Muskegon, MI. She passed away peacefully on 6/6/25, surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with cancer.

When she was young, Nancy acquired many skills. This included making beautiful cakes, flower bouquets and assortments for weddings and other celebrations. In addition, a family upholstery business gave her a love for sewing. She used this often, including in the creation of Halloween costumes each year for her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. During COVID, she put these skills to good use, making and donating many hats and masks for those working in the medical field. She has taught her grandchildren and great-grandchildren many of these skills and instilled in them a love for crafting. Nancy also worked 20 years for Medallion in Spring Lake, MI.
Nancy had a huge heart and loved deeply. She was a kind-hearted, loving soul and a blessing to everyone who knew her. She is remembered for hosting and cooking for huge celebrations at her home on River Street in Spring Lake, MI where everyone was always welcome. Her love for feeding everyone delicious food continued throughout her entire life. In addition, she had a passion for adventuring all over the United States, and she was always up for a road trip with her family visiting new areas. She always said, "If you didn’t get lost, it wasn’t an adventure". Most weekends throughout the year you would find her at her favorite rock beaches throughout Michigan, picking through the rocks. She LOVED spoiling everyone, especially her great grandchildren.
Per Nancy's wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral will be held. A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Family asks you to share memories and photos with the family at their online guest book, https://www.sytsemafh.com.
