Nancy Lee Sivertson's Obituary
Mrs. Nancy Lee Sivertson, age 81, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 at her residence. She was born April 1, 1933 in Ludington, MI to John and Esther (Nelson) Kiefer. Growing up in Ludington, her favorite place to be was on the family farm. Nancy was a stay at home mom and raised 5 children. She was a P.T.A. Mom and Den Mother for Cub Scout Troop #249 in Lansing, IL. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed talking on a CB radio. She is survived by her children: Meachelle DeHaan of Leesburg, FL, Eric (Nancy) Sivertson of Tyler, TX, Tina Wesley of Eau Claire, WI and Kevin Sivertson of Holland, MI; 2 sisters, Janet (Don) Brennan and Maralee (Ed) McCumber both of Ludington, MI; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Kathy Hewell. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
