Nancy Lou Smith's Obituary
Nancy Lou (Coalter) Smith, born February 11th 1939 age 82, went to be with the Lord on Friday June 25, 2021. Nancy was married to the late Lon A Smith SR.. She was the daughter of the late James Edward Coalter and Ruth Virtue Witt. Nancy was 1 of 6 children, brothers were Lloyd “Bud†Afton, Kenneth James Coalter, Rex Allen Brown. Sisters were Donna Martins Lamorandier, and Linda Smith.
Nancy was the mother of 8 children, Sara (Jim) Shaw of Grant, Vickie (Wally) Cruz of Grant, Tom(Carol) Curtis of Grant. Donna Curtis of Texas, Cindy Smith of Texas, Shirley (Denny) Luce of Ravenna, Ammy(Steve) Cathy of Texas and Lon(Gloria) Smith Jr. of Ravenna.
Nancy had 16 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
She worked for many years in the apple orchards and packing plants for Jack Brown Produce, and Nyblads. She was an advocate sports lover, when she wasn’t yelling at her children or grandchildren you could find her yelling at the television.
The Family will be meeting at the Hilton Cemetery on Saturday, July 10th at 11:00am for a graveside memorial.
