Nancy Jane Bouchard - Ross' Obituary
Mrs. Nancy Jane Ross, age 76, unexpectedly passed away, Friday evening at her winter home in Sun City, AZ. Nancy was born on February 20, 1932 in Royal Oak, MI to Lylle F. and Beatrice W. (Valade) Drouillard and moved to Muskegon as a young lady. She graduated from St. Jean’s Catholic High School in 1950 and married Mr. Ronald E. Bouchard in 1952 and together they raised six children: Suzette (Richard) Bouchard-Isackson of Ann Arbor, Mark (Cindy) Bouchard of Littleton, CO, Matthew Bouchard of Denver, CO, Jeffrey (Joseph Seminario) Bouchard of Mohton, PA, Annette (Paul) Crevier of Grand Haven and Yvette (Stuart Gillette) Bouchard of Chicago. Ron preceded her in death in 1995. Nancy enjoyed playing cards and taking long walks along Lake Michigan and was employed at J.C. Penney Company for 30 years, retiring in 2002. She was a former member of both St. Francis DeSales and St. Jean’s Catholic Church’s and was presently a parishioner at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. On October 1, 2005 she married Mr. Terrance P. Ross who also survives along with his four-children, Timothy (Betty) Ross, Michelle (John) Hare, Patricia Schalk and Cathy (Lanny) Viilo, her brother, Richard (Lynne) Drouillard of Huntington Woods, MI, 18 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Janet Coyne and Dorothy LaPres. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Spring Lake, 10:30 A.M., Friday, February 29, 2008 with Fr. Leonard Sudlik and Fr. Michael Olson presiding.
