Nathan Wesley Wyatt's Obituary
Mr. Nathan Wesley Wyatt, age 85, peacefully took his eternal rest on August 24, 2023, at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Nathan was born April 30, 1938, to the union of Mr. Leonard Russell and Mrs. Willie Maude (Wiggens) Wyatt Sr. in Muskegon, Michigan. He was raised in Muskegon, Michigan, during his youth the family moved to Idlewild, Michigan, where he received his education at Yates Township Schools. Nathan worked at and retired from Campbell Wyant Cannon Foundry in Muskegon, Michigan. On July 16,1971 he married his beloved Rose (Rosemary Wingate) Wyatt. Together they raised 3 children, Ms. Kandi Morris-Hamilton, Ms. Robin Lee Cole, and Mr. Bobby Wendell Morris Jr.
Nate loved listening to jazz music and was often found sitting in the yard enjoying his tunes. When he was able, he would ride his motorcycle. He also enjoyed cutting the grass and keeping up his yard. Nate loved his family and especially loved his grandchildren; they loved him dearly and loved to hang on and hang out with their “grandaddy.”
Nate leaves to cherish his precious memory 2 sons, Mr. Rickey Aaron Wyatt and Mr. Stephen Robinson; daughters Ms. Kandi Morris-Hamilton of Houston, Texas and Ms. Robin Lee Cole of Livonia Michigan, brothers, Mr. Leonard (Helen) Wyatt Jr. of Idlewild, Michigan and Mr. Lonnie (Sara) Wyatt of Sacramento California; sisters, Ms. Kay Brown of Idlewild, Michigan, Ms. Patricia Duncan of Ontario California, Mrs. Marsha (Roland) Jones of Muskegon, Michigan and Ms. Leah Faircloth of Apple Valley, California; grandchildren, Ms. Nicole Angela Cole of Livonia, Michigan, Ms. Shannon Lee Morris of Farmington Hills, Michigan, Ms. Bobbi Lynn Hunter, Ms. Ashley Shaniece Morris of Westland Michigan, Ms. Myracle Merlana Lang of Muskegon, Michigan, Mr. Mason Pernell Hamilton and Ms. Madison Rose Hamilton of Houston Texas; great grandchildren, Ms. Jada Lashay Tatum, Ms. Aubrielle Simone Stanfield, Mr. Christian Lamir Stowers, Mr. Brandon Je’Mar Mitchell, Ms. Rose Noel Hamilton and Ms. Ezra Aniyah Rose Hamilton and special daughter, Ms. Portia Ann Kidd of Muskegon, Michigan and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his precious wife Rosemary, his parents, Leonard and Maude, his son Bobby and great grandson Landon De’Mar Mitchell. Nathan will be greatly missed by all.
