Nicholas J. Rozeboom's Obituary
Mr. Nicholas J. “Nick” Rozeboom, age 87, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013 in Fremont. He was born on November 18, 1925 in Muskegon to John and Nellie (Vanderburg) Rozeboom, and resided most of his life in the Muskegon area before moving to White Cloud. Nick worked at Dresser Crane as an electrician for 33 years before retiring. He was a member of Grace Christian Reformed Church, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. On September 10, 1949, Nick married the former Dorothy Baxter, and she preceded him in death on July 2, 2006. SURVIVORS include 3 children, John Rozeboom of White Cloud, Gerry (Sandy) Rozeboom of Fremont and Lonnie (Billy Jo) Rozeboom of Hart; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Albert (Mary) Rozeboom of Jenison; and sister, Grace (John) Church of Muskegon. He was also preceded in death by sister, Angie Braeckeveldt. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be 1PM Monday at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave., 231-726-5210 with Rev.
