Ms Norma Jean Cousineau's Obituary
Ms. Norma Jean Cousineau, age 82, passed away Thursday evening March 17, 2016, at her home. Norma was born October 24, 1933, in Muskegon to Floyd and Lena (Burmeister) Ernst and had been a lifelong resident. She had worked in production at Cole’s Bakery for more than 33 years prior to her retirement in 1999. Norma loved to play bingo, spend time with her family, and was very artistic. She is survived by her children, Benjamin Lyle Cousineau Jr., Roseanna (Michael) Stone, Floyd John Cousineau, and Ann Marie (Kevin) Jensen all of Muskegon; 3 grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeremy) West, Jillianne Jensen, and Devin Jensen; 2 great grandchildren, Rustin and Colden West, and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews. Norma was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, John and Lloyd Ernst; and the father of her children Benjamin Lyle Cousineau Sr. A FUNERAL SERVICE for Norma will be held 11:00 AM Thursday March 24, 2016, at the Lee Chapel 6291 S. Harvey St. with Pastor Ben Jansen officiating. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service (10-11 AM). MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to The American Diabetes Association. Interment will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
