Norma and Lila met my mother (Genevieve Valliere Price) when she worked at Sealed Power for a few years in the payroll dept. during the late 1940's. They kept that friendship going until Mom passed in 1999. And then they remembered my father with cards for birthdays and holidays after that. They were special ladies, thoughtful and kind, from an era that we will never see again. I will never forget Norma and Lila DeYoung.

I worked with Norma and Lila DeYoung at Sealed Power years ago. I worked in the Sales Department and they were in Accounting, I believe. They were both very pleasant ladies and held their position with great respect. Seeing her picture brings back pleasant memories. God bless her family with tender memories of Norma. – Mariann Cooper
I worked with Ms. Deyoung for a number of years while she was the President of the Angell Neighborhood Association. She was always very nice to work with and really cared about her Neighborhood and the city of Muskegon. I really appreciated knowing her and her sister.. The city of Muskegon has lost one of her true jewels.
