Norma Jean Knowles' Obituary
Norma Jean Knowles, age 89, of Muskegon passed away Monday, April 6, 2015. She was born on March 16, 1926 and was adopted by Charles “Ed” and Ethel Mae Burwell in Kendallville, IN. Norma married Mack Knowles on January 14, 1945 in Kendallville, IN. She was a retiree of S.D. Warren and during her retirement she enjoyed golfing, traveling, reading and spending winters in Florida with her husband. Norma is survived by her daughters, Judith Knowles and Ellen Lin Todl; granddaughter, Christy (Scott) Herbert; great grandchildren, Erin Hebert, Connor Herbert, and Gavin Herbert. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. In lieu of flowers the family would like you to consider a donation to LST – 393; a fund to which Norma donated and contributed to in honor of her father and husband. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
