It was with great sadness to learn of Norma's passing. My fondest memories were of the times at the softball games in Grand Haven. She always had that awesome smile and charm. Also, at class reunions, she always made a point to say hello and chat. She beamed when talking about her family. She will be truly missed. May you be with the almighty Lord. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Norma was such a blessing to us all. I will always remember her helping out at the Boy Scout Spaghetti diners. Our family would always attend every year. We looked forward to it. She was also so generous to help make baked goods for the benefit we had for my nephew. She was always such a giving person. Her wonderful smile will be sadly missed. After loosing my own Mother to cancer just shy of a year ago, I understand how hard it is to loose a loved one who has faught such a hard battle. Take comfort in the fact that she is with the Lord and will watch over you from above. God Bless.##imported-begin##Kris Rieger (Watson)##imported-end##
Aunt Norma was the kind of person that most of us can only aspire to be. She was kind, gentle, and never passed judgement on anyone. Some of my fondest memories are of summers spent at her home playing with my dozens of cousins with wild abandon, Aunt Norma calmly watching on, feathers never ruffled. She reveled in her family and was in her element when surrounded by them. She lives on in the way we pass on her legacy of love and devotion. With all my love, Leslie##imported-begin##Leslie France, Mike Bates, and Alexandra Bates##imported-end##
To NOrma's family. I am so sorry to hear of your huge loss. I have memories of the kindness Norma was famous for. When I got my RN so many years ago, Norma sent me a card-that is not surprising to those of you who knew and loved her, but for me it was because I had been out of touch with for several years. Her card meant so much to me. The France family took great care of my brother when he was in scouts. I remember him being so excited to be going to Beaver Island with the scouts.
My heart goes out to you at this time, I am sending you the hugs she sent to me.##imported-begin##Teresa German (Twiest)##imported-end##
