Norma L. Robinson's Obituary
Mrs. Norma L. Robinson, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, January 23, 2011. She was born in Detroit, MI on February 13, 1928 to Benjamin and Grace (Pitts) Hollingsworth. Following her retirement as a machinist from Kersco Corporation, she returned to Oakridge Community Education, where she proudly earned her high school diploma. As a mother of ten children, Norma had many interests and hobbies, but what she truly enjoyed most, was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by 7 children, George (Darlene) Robinson, Jr., Benjamin (Darilene) Robinson, Sharon (Douglas) Tierman, Sarah Rudicil, Walter (Christi) Robinson, Margaret (William) Faville and Marilyn (Melvin) Clark; 1 sister, Margaret Graham; 22 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sons, Dale, William and Jeffery Robinson, her parents and her sister, Helen Fink. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m. at Oak-Crest Church of God, 1540 Leonard St., Muskegon, MI 49442 with Rev. Rick South officiating.
