Opal V. Woods' Obituary
Mrs. Opal V. Woods, age 82, died Saturday, April 10, 2004 in Muskegon. She was born on October 16, 1921 in Chelsea, MI to Wallace & Ethel Mary (Woodland) Combs, and had resided in the Muskegon area most of her life. Opal married Robert C. Woods, and he survives her along with 4 children, Robert C. Woods, Jr. of Muskegon, Holly Woods of Las Vegas, NV, Steven Woods of Muskegon, and Theodore (Sally) Woods of Spring Lake; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews including, Janet Kraft, Irene Upton, Vicki Irwin, and Jerry Olsen. Mrs. Woods was preceded in death by 1 brother, and 3 sisters. SERVICES will be 1 PM Tuesday at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave.231-726-5210. Praise God for Service of Pastor Glenn Shelton. VISITATION with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service, from 12-1 PM. Burial will take place in Chase Township Cemetery.
