Mr. Orlo W. Zeitz's Obituary
Mr. Orlo W. Zeitz, age 93, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 in Muskegon. He was born in Cadillac, MI on July 23, 1921 to Robert and Edna (Ward) Zeitz. Orlo was a veteran of the United States Army and served in WWII. He had worked for Buehrle Engineering as a tool and die maker for over 40 years before his retirement. Orlo enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a cb and shortwave radio enthusiast. SURVIVORS include his two children, Susan (Mike Smith) Zeitz of White Cloud and Wayne O. (Julie Zerlaut) Zeitz of Holton; six grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Burson and his former wife of 52 years, Sarah Zeitz. He was preceded in death by his parents, one grandson, one brother and three sisters. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Monday, August 25, 2014 at The Lee Chapel. VISITATION will be one hour prior to his service. Burial will take place in Chase Township Cemetery. MEMORIALS to Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence would be appreciated.
