Pamela M. Brown's Obituary
Mrs. Pamela M. Brown, 67, passed away Sunday morning, June 26, 2016 at her home. She was born September 22, 1948 to William J. and Lorraine M. (Makin) Hamel in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. Pam had worked at Hackley Hospital and D & W, was a member of Kainay Community Church, was an excellent floral designer, and knitted hundreds of stocking caps for the babies born at Hackley. On January 17, 1981 she married Philip S. Brown, and he survives her along with 3 sisters, Peggy (Dan) Fallert, Vanessa (DeVere) Bendixen, Vickie Elmore; her mother-in-law, Marilyn Brown; brother-in-law, Jim Brown; sisters-in-law, Linda Myers, Martha (Ken) Frame; many loving nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Pam will be 1:00 PM Thursday, June 30, at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Wednesday evening, also at the funeral home.
