Pamela Ann Williams, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Friday September 16, 2016. Pamela was born on October 30, 1953 to Vernon and Edith France. She was blessed with 3 children in her life. Pamela enjoyed traveling and gathering with her family and friends. She was a fiery, free-spirited, adventurous, warm-hearted, striking woman who will be deeply missed. Pamela is survived by her 3 children, Virnell, Amber and Raschard France; grandchildren, Paris, Lucia, Able and Kayden; and sisters, Esther Johntson and Bonnie Scott; and several nieces and nephews. In accordance with her wishes, a small family celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
