Patricia A. Diebel's Obituary
Patricia A. Diebel, age 86, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022, at home. She was born on March 21, 1936, in Chicago, IL and was raised by Constance Brown. In 1985, she made her way to Michigan and has called it home since. She married Frank Paul Jr. and together they called Flat Rock, MI home before making their way to Coral Gables, FL. She then married Douglas Diebel on May 20, 1977, in Florida. She was a dedicated employee of Orchard View Schools, where she worked as a secretary for many years. Patricia was blessed with a green thumb and truly enjoyed being in her garden. She was a great cook and had a love for shopping, especially off QVC. She was well liked by many and made friends easily. Her tender-loving and outgoing spirit will truly be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her two sons, Bert (Diane) Lihan and Charles “Marty” Paul; step-son, Bruce (Cindy) Diebel; eight grandchildren, Shawn (Monica), Joel, Christopher, Curtis, Ryan, Collin, Keith and Jason; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Constance Brown; husband, Douglas Diebel; father of Marty, Frank Paul Jr.; daughter, Sharon Lihan; and siblings, Nellie, Jean and David.
